Consolidation Package Report

In this engagement, we were assisting an investment company, subsidiary of a public-listed telecommunication company. The company is engaged in a multimedia industry with several subsidiaries. The objective of the engagement was to prepare consolidation package and long-form reports as part of quaterly financial reports as required by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).

The challenge of the engagement was in meeting the tight deadlines as determined by the parent company. Moreover, with so many subsidiaries and accounts involved, our team had to ensure that the consolidation package and long-form reports are prepared accurately. The team also needed to continuously interact with the client’s accounting team in order to minimize the mistakes and ensure a smooth process.

After one full-month of fieldwork at the client’s office, our team, which consists of 3 (three) members and 1 (one) supervisor, was able to deliver the results on time and received positive feed-back from the client.
